Princess Arrabella turns five

Oh my! There was sooo much excitement for days, no ... weeks, leading up to this day.  Sometimes Bella would just stand in place jumping and chanting "only __ days til my party. "  she didn't think it would ever come. She'd ask at least 2-3 times a day how many sleeps it was.

Well the party did not disappoint:). She was in a heightened state of giggles and excitement the whole time!
Here they are at the beginning  coloring princess pictures with he glowing castle behind them.

Mom did a fantastic job on the cake!
And all the special princess food.
Bella was shocked at how fancy it was and kept rushing around to see everything.
Here is the knight that escorted all the princesses (save Cecelia) into the castle.
Here's the reason Cecelia did not walk with the knight.

She has since asked everyday if daddy is going to wear the mask to her party. She sighs a little With relief when we assure her he won't wear it again. She was quite happy when rob returned it to the overstreets.
Even Sheila dressed as the queen of the walls! It made me feel a little underdressed :p
Photo booth fun:
The court jester then read the princess and the pea

Then there was the game of "feel the pea in your mattress". After they felt it they were awarded a certificate proclaiming them real princesses. This paper is quite a big deal now!

When Bella opened gifts, Cecelia was right there next to here to "help". Really she just ripped open whatever she could reach:)
More fancy food!

Mom you did a wonderful job and Bella loved it so much! Thank you:)

Oh and she said she really liked the throne. She couldn't believe you had set it up.

Also, how did we miss getting a picture of the two of you?!?!
