One thing having MWP has done for me is taught me to get out of my comfort zone. For example, asking Dr. Sears if I could hang some of my work in her office. Made me so nervous to ask ( I guess because there is always the chance she will laugh in my face, say my work is terrible, and mock me out of her office) or she could say yes!!! We went on Friday to hang these canvases and later that day I got this e-mail from her:
Hi Melissa
The art work is outstanding. I am sure it will generate interest in your work.
I especially love the little gift cards and stand
Thanks for bringing them in.

ReplyDeleteMelissa, Melissa, what is this? So many posts in one day. You are finished with that sweater aren't you. Well, love those pictures. So nice that Dr. Sears sent you a note. I do miss having her. Still looking for someone to replace her here. We have alot of family doctors here. A new thing for us, but I like it.
