After much postponing we finally got around to planning a party for Arrabella and Cecelia and I decided to have it at 3rd Ave park because Bella LOVES it there. So I called to tell Sheila and we decided to have it for Clara as well. So I called Kathleen to tell here and we decided to have it for Bethany as well. Of course having something planned is a sure thing to send you into labor so Sheila missed the big shabang…I’m sure she was sad=)
Arrabella and I made these ABC rocks for Bethany and Clara. We had fun collecting and decorating them.
Here are all the birthday girls=)
I was out of wheat and needed to make a cake so I googled flourless cakes and I must say this was great. It has the consistency of a custard but tastes like brownies! It had coconut oil, maple syrup, salt, eggs and a chocolate bar (but I think I’ll use cocoa next time.)
Random man at the park doing tricks with his dog. The kids had a great time watching him and I’ll sure he was enjoying the audience but then his dog up and ran away=)
Enjoying her first bit of Birthday Cake
A very proud Holly giving a handmade wooden doll to Bethany.
Princess Houses from grandma
Headbands, sunglasses, purses and jewelry from the Lyons

Love, love, love the ABC rocks. We are going to make those ASAP. Love the tablecloth quilt, too. Great pictures. When looking over the pictures again, I noticed something. Matthew, tell me you have a Gracie t-shirt on. Are you kidding? You must be a REAL fan. I just want to know if you washed your hands before you ate at the park???
ReplyDeleteMake sure you seal them or they scrape of pretty easily. For Bethany's set I used paint pens and it went a lot faster. I outlined them as well to help them stand out. What do you think we are dirty people!?!?
DeleteActually, that question was for Matthew. It's a Gracie thing.
Deletejust realized I spelled Bethany's name wrong=p
ReplyDeleteGreat party and what a good time we had.
ReplyDeleteOh my yes, love the rocks, but you didn't get all those from our property, did you? You know, we might have paid for them to be put there! We're definitely going to make the rocks, all my kids are so into letters now. The bags are too cute! Such great pictures, although it seems strange that there are so few kids there! That is such an awesome park ... great post!
ReplyDeleteClara loves her "ABCD" rocks! Thanks for letting us be a part of a great party. The kids had a fabulous time.
