Tired…

Funny Sleeping 17

Cecelia is still not sleeping through the night…not even close.  Which of course means I’m not either which is leaving me pretty draggy (is that a real word?)  I’m pretty sure we aren’t made to wake up tired=)  Anyway, any info, supplements, foods to help?  Figured y’all have it all figured out already=)

  1. I thought you got a new kitten!! That would make me tired. Elaina was up three times last night, I'm too tired to think of what will make me NOT tired. I will think about it.

  2. Oh no! I think I would cry if I had to take care of one right now... Cecelia is still getting up about that many times as well...she nurses back to sleep but I have a hard time getting back to sleep. I can't believe you are still tired...and not back to church? For shame you lazy woman=)

  3. Ha,ha! I remember talking to Sheila about not being able to sleep. She said some things that Kevin did. I don't think they were for pregnant women but you could probably do them.

  4. We've had sleep issues here for 13 years now! Not sure if we will be much help. 1. Chamomile tea before bed. Sometimes makes you have to get up in the night to go to the bathroom but still relaxes. Next to the bed to sip is helpful. 2. Mag oil spray on everyone's feet before bed. 2. Paper next to bed to write down what you are thinking about in the middle of the night. This seems to really help your brain turn off. 3. Lavender spray on the pillows before bed. 4. Calms Forte (for you)next to the bed. 4. An eye mask sometimes helps by forcing your eyes to stay closed. These things work sometimes and sometimes not. We usually end up taking naps(me) and going to bed right after we get the kids down.
