Banana Bread

Found this bunch of bananas on top of the refrigerator too far back for me to see.  They were perfect for banana bread.  We go through them so fast that I rarely make bread with them.  So I was glad that these got pushed back=)  Second recipe to try from Homestead Blessings Cookbook.


Side note: We are thankful for Kathleen’s Christmas gift – Arrabella has a cough so using the garlic onion cough medicine.



The verdict:  We love it!  Another winner from the cookbook – Such a blessing! (said with a country twang=)  We had to stop ourselves from eating the whole thing before Robert got home to have some.  Next time I will try using all coconut oil instead of butter.

Now off to make posters for Matthew and Travis at the airport tonight…excited!
