Night Light Alarm Clock

Currently I have this alarm clock on my night table – from Wal-mart (help us!)  It is so bright that I have to lay it down so I can sleep.  I got it when I was teaching so I could turn the alarm on, put it across the room and still see the time.  So… reminds me of teaching -  not my favorite thing in the room=p

So in your travels, thrifting and yardsaling if you find any of the below, or anything close to it, for a good price you would find yourself with an awesome gift for me=)  This is from a quick search on etsy and I put them in order of which I like the most…

  1. I was getting worried about you not posting for awhile. I was afraid you were hiding out finishing your sweater in record time. If you finish your sweater and then that cape before I finish one I will go into depression! I love your clocks. I have the same huge clock by me bed. My problem is that I LOVE those old little clocks, but I would NEVER EVER be able to see them in the night without my glasses. I am one that likes to see what time it is when the baby wakes up all night. I know you hate that :)! I will look at the co-op for some awesome cheap deal. Mrs. Joan said here green chair from the yardsale is in the booth right across from her. She said he was the greedy man who took all the good stuff at the sale.

    1. Well I won't say if it is finished or not just that it was VERY easy... It's not that I hate it it is just soooo bright that I can't go back to sleep after I wake up. And I don't really need an alarm now that I have kids=)

  2. I will keep my eyes open. I agree with liking to know what time it is in the middle of the night.

    1. I used too like that but both girls wake up so often that I was getting depressed each time I saw the clock... it's better since I turn the clock down

  3. I am with Mom. I like knowing what time it is and how many times I have been awake and how long I was awake. How that could be good for me I don't know.

  4. Ohh, not me, if I'm up a ton of times and know what time it is each time I'm so much more tired in the morning. Didn't Memaw have a tiny clock like that in here bedroom. They could never see it without their glasses on :) I'm so glad I don't have to use an alarm to get up ... they are such hideous things. I can now tell more of the time by the light from outside. It starts getting light at 4:45 and by 6:00 it is broad daylight ... ugh!

  5. Melissa, sorry but these clocks have been on my wish list for quite a while. I'll be sure to wait until you get one to tell you if I find one first.
