Cream of Wheat

Here you go Andrea:
Grind wheat as coarsely as possible.  Put in sauce pan, cover with water and add a little yogurt, kefir, etc..  stir and leave overnight.  In the morning add milk and heat until thick about 10 minutes.  Stir often so it doesn’t stick.  Flavor however you like.  We put maple syrup, vanilla and cocoa in it.  We loved that so much the first time that we haven’t tried anything else=)  Eventually I guess we’ll maybe try a savory option…maybe=)  This morning we added raspberries at the end - oh my!  It’s almost like dessert for breakfast.
